Refunds
- 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unused, with their tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
Damaged or defective items
Email contact@jamaestroathletic.com with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll make it right.
Customized products
Customized jerseys and gear are made for you: they can’t be returned, and an order can’t be cancelled once production has started.

Contact us with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we send you a return shipping label and instructions.
