JA MAESTRO, Madison, Wisconsin, USA. This notice covers jamaestroathletic.com. Orders placed in our store at jamaestro.com are handled by Shopify and covered by the store’s privacy policy.

• Contact, quote and sponsorship forms: your name, email address and what you choose to tell us (phone, team details, message, social links, logo file).
• Newsletter: your email address, language, when and where you signed up and confirmed, and whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked.
• Ask JA MAESTRO (the chat assistant): questions it can’t answer are saved without your name or IP address so we can improve its answers, along with anonymous “Did this help?” votes. Your conversation stays in your browser.
• Visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

To reply to you, prepare quotes, review sponsorship applications, send the newsletter you asked for, keep the site secure and free of spam, and improve the site. With your consent, also to measure our ads and show relevant ones. Links to our store carry the campaign that brought you (UTM tags) and, with your marketing consent, the ad click identifier, so the store can tell which ad led to a purchase.

Supabase (database and file storage), Brevo (sending emails) and Cloudflare (hosting, security and visit counts). Only if you accept the matching cookies: Google (Analytics, Ads), Meta and TikTok, for audience measurement and advertising (see Cookies). We don’t sell your personal information.

• Necessary (always on): your language, your cookie choice and the security cookies Cloudflare may set.
• Analytics (only if you accept): Google Analytics measures visits so we can improve the site.
• Marketing (only if you accept): Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok measure the results of our ads and may show you relevant ads. They set their own cookies and receive information about your visit (pages and products viewed, forms sent, clicks to our store), under their own privacy policies.

Nothing in Analytics or Marketing loads before you choose. Your choice is kept for 6 months; change or withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page (withdrawing removes those cookies). The chat assistant uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.

Messages and applications: as long as we need them to handle your request and keep our records. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe; after that we keep your address only on a do-not-email list so we don’t email you again.
